Some precautions to be taken before starting garlic intake
Patients having heart and other problems should take medical advice before consuming it.
Asthma patients should not use it as it worsens the symptoms of Asthma.
It’s best to avoid garlic before any surgery because it could probably disturb anticoagulants.
People who are or may be allergic to garlic or any of its sulfur compounds shouldn’t try using garlic internally or apply on skin too.
If you are on any medication, always check with your doctor first before taking raw garlic.
If you have sensitive skin, then do not use garlic topically on the affected area. Raw garlic can burn delicate skin.
Do not store garlic in oil at room temperature as it provides perfect conditions for producing botulism.
